Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed directly through the One Putt Birds online store. Purchases made at pop-up events or authorized retail partner locations are not subject to this policy unless One Putt Birds separately agrees to ship the merchandise. 

One Putt Birds currently ships within the United States using USPS.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during sales, product launches, holidays, or other periods of high order volume.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address. Shipping method affects transit time after your order has been shipped. All orders are processed in the order they are received, regardless of the shipping method selected.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the tracking information to update after the package has been accepted by USPS.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. One Putt Birds is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is resent.

If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number so we can review the situation and assist you.

One Putt Birds currently does not ship internationally.

 

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the Hagerstown area.

If you choose Local Pickup during checkout, we'll contact you after your order is placed to arrange a mutually convenient pickup time and location. Pickup arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis based on availability and may include an agreed-upon meeting location.
